I found a wonderful video by Patrick that teaches how to use Facebook Profiles,Groups and Pages effectively in Marketing. He explains how one can share Facebook profiles to the open World. Changing few settings can actually bring the profiles in the Google Searches, thus increasing visibility. There is lots more to learn from this video.
